Orders and Payment
Do you offer free shipping
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders of A$40 or more within Australia. Orders below A$40 have a flat shipping fee of A$6.95.
Can I cancel my order
We process orders quickly. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aurelia-aus.com. We will do our best to stop it, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Shipping
What is the latest time for same-day processing
Orders placed before 12:00 noon AEST on business days (Monday to Friday) are usually processed the same day.
How long does delivery take
Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Please note the total delivery time may be 4 to 9 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return an item
Yes. You may return items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, unwashed, undamaged and have all original tags attached. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
Which items cannot be returned
We do not accept returns of items that are worn, washed, altered or missing tags. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I request a return
Contact our customer service team at info@aurelia-aus.com with your order number and return request. You will receive instructions and the return address by email.
Who pays for return shipping

If the return is due to our mistake such as a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, Aurelia covers the return shipping.

For all other reasons such as change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is at your expense.
When will I receive my refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
